• Full inspection: Evaluate panels, tracks, housings, fasteners, anchors, end-caps, seals, motors/gearboxes, manual overrides, electrical connections, and remote/keypad controls.
   
• Thorough cleaning: Remove debris from tracks, clear weep holes in tracks; wipe down tracks to reduce corrosion in the coastal environment.
   
• Precision lubrication: Apply manufacturer-approved lubricants to rollers, hinges, locks, pins, and other moving parts to ensure smooth, quiet operation.
   
• Operational testing: Cycle each unit open and close, verify travel limits, test safety features, confirm control responsiveness, and document performance.
   
• Minor adjustments: Tighten hardware, realign guides, and set stops or limits where needed to restore optimal function.
   
• Service report: Provide a written checklist with findings, before/after notes, and any repair or replacement recommendations.
   

Note: Parts and non-routine repairs are quoted separately if issues are discovered during the visit.
